Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including IP address, browser type and device information, pages viewed and time spent on the site, and referring URLs. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies to support basic analytics and website functionality. We may also record project-link visits and email delivery information to support customer communication and internal operations.

Payments and Financial Information
Fund the Nations may accept payments through PayPal on campaign storefronts and through our invoicing system, which is provided by third-party platforms such as Zoho and its integrated payment processors.
When you submit payment information, that information is collected and processed directly by the invoicing platform and its payment processors, not by Fund the Nations. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card, debit card, or bank account information.
We may retain limited transaction-related details—such as payment status, invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and partial identifiers (for example, the last four digits of a payment method)—for accounting, reconciliation, and recordkeeping purposes.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not provide your information to other companies for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
We may share limited information only as necessary to operate our business, including:
- With the organizer of a campaign you purchase from, so they can track fundraising progress, attribute support to participants, and thank their supporters
- With trusted service providers who assist with website hosting, communications, analytics, data storage, invoicing, printing, or order fulfillment — including PayPal (payment processing), Resend (order and shipping emails), and ShipStation (shipping and fulfillment)
- With designers, project coordinators, printers, or vendors directly involved in producing or delivering your merchandise
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
Fund Hub uses shared links to provide access to organization portals and project information. Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to view the information available through that link, including project details, mockups, customer-visible communications, and certain contact information. Organization portal users may also view available organization contacts and linked projects. Please share these links only with intended recipients.
We may use AI-assisted services to help organize, summarize, or extract information from project communications and documents. When staff connect an external AI assistant to Fund Hub, information available to that staff member may be transmitted to the assistant's provider to fulfill their requests.

Email and SMS Communications
If you provide your email address or phone number, we may use it to communicate with you regarding your fundraiser, order, invoice, or inquiry. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. We do not sell or distribute your email address or phone number to third parties.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain personal information as reasonably necessary to manage projects, fulfill orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Archiving a contact does not automatically delete their information or associated project history. Requests for deletion are reviewed subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
