Terms of Service
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fund the Nations website, submitting a project request, placing an order, or participating in a fundraising campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Fund the Nations
Fund the Nations provides custom merchandise design, fundraising support, and project-based storefront tools to individuals and organizations. We facilitate merchandise presales and bulk orders, and on select campaigns we process buyer payments directly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Fundraising & Presale Model
Fund the Nations assists individuals and groups in raising funds through merchandise sales. Important clarifications:
- We do not guarantee fundraising results.
- Profit projections are estimates only.
- Fundraising outcomes depend on individual effort and audience engagement.
- Campaign organizers are responsible for promoting their own fundraiser.
- We are not responsible for misrepresentation of fundraising goals by campaign organizers.
Campaign Platform
Fund the Nations provides tools for creating and running merchandise fundraising campaigns. Campaign organizers are responsible for their campaign's purpose, descriptions, fundraising claims, and use of proceeds. Fund the Nations does not verify the nonprofit or charitable status of any organization, and buyers should make their own inquiries before purchasing in support of a cause.
Depending on the campaign, buyer payments are collected either by Fund the Nations or directly by the campaign organizer. The campaign page identifies which applies. Where Fund the Nations collects payments, it pays the organizer's proceeds after the bulk merchandise order is placed and paid, calculates and remits applicable sales tax, and is responsible for buyer payment disputes. Where the organizer collects payments directly (such as through Venmo, cash, or their own accounts), the organizer is solely responsible for those funds, including refunds, disputes, and any tax obligations, and Fund the Nations has no custody of or responsibility for that money.
If a campaign is canceled — by the organizer or by Fund the Nations — buyers will be refunded where Fund the Nations collected the payments. Where the organizer collected payments directly, refunds are the organizer's responsibility.
Because campaign merchandise is custom-produced after the presale closes, campaign orders are generally final sale. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and reprints or replacements may be issued for confirmed production defects.
Orders & Production
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Fund The Nations, you represent that you own the rights to use them or have obtained permission from the rights holder, and you agree to indemnify Fund The Nations against any claims arising from their use.
Because most products are custom-produced:
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
- Color variations and minor print differences may occur.
- Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Minimum order quantities may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
Final Artwork Confirmation
Artwork becomes final for production when you place the order or approve the purchase order (PO). Please confirm that the artwork shown with that order or PO reflects all requested changes before proceeding. Changes requested after that point may not be possible without additional charges or a new order.
Payments & Invoicing
Payments are processed through third-party invoicing and payment platforms, including Zoho and PayPal and their integrated payment processors. Fund the Nations does not store full credit card or bank account information and is not responsible for payment processor outages or technical failures. Please contact us promptly about any billing error or payment concern so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits dispute rights available to you under applicable law or your payment provider's policies.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse.
- Reprints or replacements may be issued for confirmed production defects.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo documentation may be required.
Artwork Ownership and Mockup Use
Fund The Nations retains ownership of the artwork and designs we create, including after an order is paid. Customers may freely use the mockup images we provide. Placing or paying for an order does not transfer artwork ownership or include delivery of original artwork files. Original artwork files may be available for an additional fee. Customer-supplied artwork remains subject to its existing ownership rights.
Copyright Concerns
If you believe content on this site, including artwork uploaded to a campaign page, infringes your copyright, please contact us at amy@fundthenations.com with a description of the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact information. We will review the report and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Anyone with access to your organization's link may view project details and receive related notifications. You may request that a contact's access be removed at any time.

Customer communications may be processed with AI-assisted tools to help our staff draft and summarize project information. We do not sell your information to third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fund the Nations from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from unauthorized use of intellectual property, misrepresentation in fundraising campaigns, or violation of these Terms.
